About the project manager position
As a project manager, you will have a key role in the work of developing and future-proofing living environments for thousands of students. By driving renovation projects and refining our property stock, you will help realize our vision of creating attractive, sustainable, and affordable homes for today's and tomorrow's students. You are responsible for driving projects from early idea to final delivery.

Your tasks include feasibility studies, design, and procurement, as well as being responsible for the implementation of projects according to the established project plan. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization, authorities, consultants, and contractors.

You also ensure that projects are carried out with the right quality, within budget, and according to the timeline, as well as being responsible for handover to management and follow-up during and after the warranty period. You will be part of our project and maintenance department together with other project managers and project coordinators. You report to our technical and maintenance manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Initiate and drive feasibility studies and program documents for larger renovation projects
• Develop project ideas and prepare decision-making materials
• Lead design and procurement in early stages
• Project manage the implementation phase according to the established project plan
• Ensure that projects are carried out within budget, timeline, and quality requirements

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills, self-driven, and takes clear responsibility for their tasks and projects. You are good at planning and delivering with high quality while being easy to collaborate with and establish contacts. As a person, you are attentive and clear in your communication. Furthermore, we see that you are structured and can organize and prioritize your work.

We are looking for you who have the following:

• Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5–10 years of experience as a project manager for renovation projects
• Experience with larger renovation projects
• Experience in design and procurement in early stages
• Good knowledge of contract law, work environment, BAS-U BAS P
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Driver's license B
